Augusta, GA – According to the police officials, deputies responded to a shooting call around 1:00 a.m. Monday.
When the deputies arrived on scene, they spotted the vehicle on Gray Street near Augusta Road.
A car chase began when the suspect vehicle did not stop when signaled.
The vehicle stopped on Pine Hill Road in Langley, near the 2800 block of Augusta Road.
Both suspects were arrested.
Kayven C. Rearden was booked into Aiken County jail on suspicion of assault/attempted murder, traffic/violation of beginner permit and purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.
The other suspect was a juvenile, so his name was not released.
