May 19
MTAG Sports Complex – 4304 Sudan Rd.
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Moderna vaccines
Followup vaccines will be provided after four weeks
Must be eighteen years or older
May 20
High Point Crossing Apartments – 524 Richmond Hill W Rd.
2L00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pfizer vaccines Followup vaccines will be provided after three weeks
Individuals age twelve and older will be eligible for vaccines with a parent or guardian present
Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available at both clinics for those eighteen years and older. A nurse will be on hand to answer any questions you have about COVID-19 vaccines.
