The incident occurred April 29 around 9:30 p.m., says officials. The suspect was driving a dark colored Pontiac passenger car with aftermarket rims and walked into the Circle K at 4403 Washington Road. According to officials, the suspect was wearing a black t-shirt, green sweatpants with a close cut hairstyle. The suspect was in a verbal altercation with the clerk and was told to leave the business, says officials. The suspect struck the clerk in the face with his hand before leaving.
