According to a representative for ForcesUnited, the goal was to let homeless veterans know that there is always help throughout the community. Augusta-Richmond County Commissioner Jordan Johnson says events like this are very important, “because the work that has to be done is so enormous that we all have to ban together to work on solving the issue.”
