Evans’ Rashad King announces college basketball decision
AUGUSTA, Ga. – One of Evans High’s dynamic seniors announced Friday where he intends to play college basketball.
Rashad King, an Augusta Chronicle all-area second team honoree, committed to play for the Air Force Academy, he revealed via Twitter.
King, who transferred to Evans from Alaska the summer before his junior year. averaged 15.1 points, 6.9 rebounds and 2.5 assists his senior season.
Both of King’s parents served in the Air Force.
