AUGUSTA, Ga. – Keturah Dunbar, 33, was arrested on charges of trafficking methamphetamine, crossing guard lines with drugs and violation of oath of office.
Dunbar is accused of bringing the drugs to the prison that sits on the border of Richmond and Columbia counties between 5:30 and 6 p.m. Monday.
