AUGUSTA, Ga. – According to the statement, a 18-year-old pedestrian was killed in Augusta crash.
This unfortunate incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. Monday in the 2400 block of Mike Padgett Highway.
Her name is Shaniah Holiday and she was struck by a vehicle.
This victim was taken to Augusta University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 9:53 p.m.
An autopsy has been scheduled at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation lab.
